Silver Spring International Pre-School has a carefully planned personal, social, health and emotional education curriculum. It teaches children about general health, personal and road safety. Children are also encouraged to appreciate the needs of others and to treat others as they would like to be treated themselves.

Pre-School conducts special assembly along with regular morning assembly. It helps children learn new concepts in a healthy way. Morning time kids are fresh and their receiving capacity is more, so they can learn in fun way. Special assemblies on National festivals like Independence day, Republic day, and religious festivals like Diwali, Dusshera, Eid, Holi, Onam, Gowri Ganesh, Sankranthi(pongal), Christmas are conducted along with celebrations like Teacher’s day, Children’s day, Environment day, Literacy day, Yoga day, Colour day, Shape day, Salad day, Fruit day, vegetable day etc. These celebrations help kids understand the diverse cultures and traditions of India. Such special assemblies help to build confidence in children.

Spacious and colourful class rooms with child friendly furniture are available for children to enjoy the learning process.Pre-School is always adapting to the needs of children and we strive to give the best schooling. Classrooms are fully equipped for learning.

Pre-School ensures that every child is closely monitored for developing their intelligence. For meeting the individual needs two teachers and a caretaker are available in LKG and UKG.

In Nursery two Teachers & two Care takers are kept for giving individual attention to the toddlers.

We have qualified teachers imparting education with love, care and patience. Regular workshops for teachers are conducted to keep them updated on the latest concepts in teaching. Children enjoy time spent in the smart class as they learn new concepts through videos and movies related to the planned lesson. Audio visual aids are very effective for learning and at Silver Spring International Pre-School Smart Boards are regularly used during class hours.

Cycling is a very good exercise for toddlers. A separate cycling area is available for nursery kids. They enjoy their weekly cycling class wherein concepts are taught in the open. Kids are keen and more than happy to attend cycling class & have fun.

Silver Spring International Pre- School encourages kids to play in the garden and learn Concepts in an open environment. They learn about plants, flowers, birds etc by walking in the garden. Kids enjoy nature and learn concepts through the guidance of their teachers & caretakers.

All classrooms and nearby areas are closely monitored through CCTV cameras. The all-female staff in pre-school gives individual attention to every child. School has a guarded gate with round the clock Security.

First aid facility is available for the children of Pre-School. Extra caution is exercised in handling pre-school toddlers. First aid is readily available and administered should the need arise.

For Pre-School double attendance system is followed to reassure parents about the safety and security of their wards. Pick and Drop is available with GPS tracking of school buses and lady attendants are available in each bus.

A number of National and International Competitions on Drawing, Colouring, Rhyme & Story-telling, Calligraphy, Dancing, Fancy dress, Best out of Waste etc are conducted in Pre-school. They help build competitive spirit in children.

Home-school co-operation is a must for overall quality of teaching and learning in Pre-School. Regular PTMs are conducted and parents’ feedback is taken for necessary course correction. It establishes a partnership with parents and other key family members.Functions like Grand Parents day and competitions for parents are also conducted regularly.

Silver Spring International Pre-School children are taken on annual excertion to important places in and around Bangalore city.

Kids enjoy the open environment outside school campus, whenever they go for Picnics. School Picnics are good source of entertainment and group activity outside the school.

Every child undergoes an annual Health check up through recognised Medical agencies. Basic health parameters ,Eye check up , Dental hygiene , height ,weight etc are part of health check ups. Regular polio drops programme is conducted for pre-school kids.

Celebrating Annual & Sports day along with many other events helps kids shed their stage fright and be confident. We try to make learning interesting and relevant for children and teach topics in an interesting manner. By the end of the year, kids are confident to go to primary school and start formal schooling.

Pre-School children have a separate play area with various slides, swings and play stations. They enjoy their play time and look forward to their visits to the play area, accompanied by teachers & caretakers.
